Once an order has been processed by our Supplier a refund is no longer valid.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns requested for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind will be subject to a 30% return fee if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Items returned showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

💥 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (FACTORY FAULTS)

Only items with factory defects or damage upon arrival qualify for a free exchange.
No handling or shipping fees will be charged for approved defective or damaged items.
Customers must email cultureplug21@gmail.com with clear photos of the defect within 3 days of delivery.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
